Training & Placement Cell

The Institute has a Training and Placement Cell primarily to cater to the Placement and Training of the students on completion of their graduation and during their course of their studies. A panel consisting of the staff and students of this Institution is set up for this purpose.

The college has a Centralised Placement Cell at Co-operative Medical College, Kochi, with all supporting facilities and personnel especially started for getting placement to those students who are studying under the Engineering Colleges of Co-operative Academy of Professional Education.

Training Programs

Turning Point :

The Program was conducted for last year students, in two sessions. The first session was fully residential and focused on personality development. The second session was   for improvising the soft skills of the students. Aptitude tests and group discussions were conducted.

Orientation program by  TIME

The Program mainly focused on developing the soft skills and making the students aware of the process in an interview, conducted for third year students.

Metamorphosis

METAMORPHOSIS’ Leadership & Employability Acceleration Program (LEAP) is designed with a unique mission to improve the employability and leadership potential of the students of Engineering and Technical Institutes of rural India. This ambitious mission intends to set up Leadership Development Centers in various pockets of rural India over a period of time. The program is conducting for First year students.

Placement Drives

Syntellect

Online test was conducted in the campus on 1/9/2010. The second session of the recruitment drive was conducted at Cochin at which 2 students of CIT vadakara got placed.

IBS software and solutions

A pool recruitment drive has been conducted at our campus on 29/09/2010. About 180 students participated the event from 6 different colleges. 35 students were selected out of this 9 students was from CIT Vadakara.

ESCUBE Technologies

Recruitment drive was conducted by ESCUBE Technologies; Pioneers in Placement oriented training in IBM Mainframe Technologies in association with IHRD, Under Govt. of Kerala. 25 students were selected for training.
